 Job Responsibilities:

  • To determine technical training needs by technicians.
  • To prepare technical training courses.
  • To prepare and monitor training materials needed.
  • To prepare and produce training hand-outs.
  • Conduct technical training as per company standard.
  • Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all training materials and equipment’s are in good working condition.
  • Maintains quality of training by establishing company’s operating standard procedures.
  • Evaluate trainees knowledge capabilities by conducting field evaluation as per the given training course.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending trainings and workshop as well as reviewing all technical bulletins.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing good results in training activities as needed.

Education

·         Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical /Electrical

Experience:

·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Similar role in Automotive sector.

Knowledge & Skills:

·         Knowledge of auto electrical and auto-mechanical parts and auto-components.

·         Strong analytical skills.

·         Good Communication skills.

·         Time Management

·         Excellent presentation Skills
