Job Responsibilities:

·         Follow up on scheduled maintenance, coordinate with drivers, and prepare the required service request for the garage (signed by the showroom manager).

·     Ensure all vehicles designated for test drives are clean, fueled, and in proper working condition.

·     Verify and record customer driving licenses and necessary documentation before test drives.

·         Accompany customers during test drives, explaining key vehicle features, safety systems, and performance aspects.

·         Provide product knowledge and address customer inquiries professionally.

·    Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and insurance requirements during test drives.

·         Maintain accurate records of test drives conducted and feedback received.

·         Support sales consultants in converting test drives into confirmed sales.

·         Verify proper parking and secure locking of all test drive vehicles at the end of each day.

·    Contribute to creating a positive customer experience that reflects the company’s image and values.

·         Daily reports on the number of test drives to CRM

·         Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education

·         Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Technical Engineering or ITI

Experience:

·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Similar role in Automotive sector.

Knowledge & Skills:

·         Strong knowledge of automotive products and features.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.

·         Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.

·         Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
