Sales Executive – Spare parts ( Out door) [10054]

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve parts sales target according to plan.
  • Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets.
  • Demonstrate the products to customers at the counter, review catalogues and determine customer’s needs.
  • Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment.
  • Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company’s policy and guidelines. 
  • Record and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review.
  • Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock, for making parts claim with supplier.
  • Maintain documentation on special orders from customers and spare parts cannibalized from stock vehicles.
  • Ensure that the stock in the branch is maintained in the proper place and replenished from time to time. 
  • Assist in inventory control in identifying the slow and dead stocks.
  • Ensure items as per customers request are supplied 

Education

·         Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma Mechanical Engineering or anything related to Automobile Mechanic.

Experience:

·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Similar role in Automotive sector.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of Auto Parts and of updating company’s & competitor’s products.

·         Good communication and organizational skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Problem solving skills

·         Strong customer handling skills
