Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve
parts sales target according to plan.
- Prioritizes
sales activities towards achieving set targets.
- Demonstrate
the products to customers at the counter, review catalogues and determine
customer’s needs.
- Demonstrate
good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure
customers are satisfied.
- Explain
to customers the functioning of the equipment.
- Negotiate
selling price with customers offering discounts as per company’s policy
and guidelines.
- Record
and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor
for review.
- Inform
the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock, for making
parts claim with supplier.
- Maintain
documentation on special orders from customers and spare parts cannibalized
from stock vehicles.
- Ensure
that the stock in the branch is maintained in the proper place and
replenished from time to time.
- Assist
in inventory control in identifying the slow and dead stocks.
- Ensure
items as per customers request are supplied
Education
·
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma Mechanical
Engineering or anything related to Automobile Mechanic.
Experience:
·
Minimum 3-4 years of experience within
Similar role in Automotive sector.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of Auto
Parts and of updating company’s & competitor’s products.

Good communication and organizational
