Job Responsibilities:

Achieve parts sales target according to plan.
·
Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set
targets.
·
Demonstrate the products to customers at the counter,
review catalogues and determine customer’s needs.
·
Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all
measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied.
·
Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment.
·
Negotiate selling price with customers offering
discounts as per company’s policy and guidelines.
·
Record and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the
reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review.
·
Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations
discovered in the stock, for making parts claim with supplier.
·
Maintain documentation on special orders from
customers and spare parts cannibalized from stock vehicles.
·
Ensure that the stock in the branch is maintained in
the proper place and replenished from time to time.
·
Assist in inventory control in identifying the slow
and dead stocks.
·
Ensure items as per customers request are supplied.
Education
· Bachelors Degree or College
Diploma in Mechanical / Technical Engineering.
Experience:
·
Minimum 2 years of
experience within spare parts operations.
